Grading and Passing Criteria:

Participants must complete any required post-training assessment.

A passing score is defined as 80%.

CEUs will only be issued upon verified completion of both attendance and assessment requirements.
Grading Policy:
Attendance through a pre-determined sign-in (i.e., digital or in-person) is mandatory for a grade to be submitted. Assessment format will be done online using multiple choice. Retakes are permitted if the minimum score of 80% is not achieved within 7 days. Timelines for issuing CEUs will be 7-10 business days.
Appeal Process:
Step 1: Student submits written appeal within 3 business days of receiving evaluation.
Step 2: Provider reviews documentation and responds in writing within 3 business days.
Step 3: If unresolved, secondary review with another behavior professional, if applicable.
Step 4: Final determination issued in writing.
